  • Website Administration — authorised persons managing the Website https://www.tobeblossom.ru/, acting on behalf of Individual Entrepreneur Marina Aleksandrovna Zavrogodnaya.

  • Individual Entrepreneur Marina Aleksandrovna Zavrogodnaya (hereinafter referred to as "To Be Blossom") is registered in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation (OGRNIP 317774600234230). The Website is owned by Individual Entrepreneur Marina Aleksandrovna Zavrogodnaya.
  1. General Provisions
    1. The terms of use set forth in this To Be Blossom User Agreement (hereinafter the "Agreement") apply to the use of the Website.
    2. No registration is required to use the Website.
  2. Acceptance of Terms of Use
    1. By using the Website, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms of use. Please read these terms carefully before using the Website. As a Website User, you must fully accept these terms and act as a responsible and honest Internet user. If you do not agree with one or more of these terms, you may not use the Website.
  3. About the To Be Blossom Website
    1. To Be Blossom makes every effort to regularly update and/or supplement the Website content. To Be Blossom may temporarily or permanently disable the Website or any part thereof at any time without notice. To Be Blossom is not responsible for the consequences of any adjustments and/or (temporary) suspension of the Website.
    2. Information available on the Website is used solely for commercial purposes.
    3. Other uses of this information are not permitted.
  4. Services and Terms
    1. To Be Blossom offers Users the use of the To Be Blossom service available at https://www.tobeblossom.ru/ under the terms of this Agreement. The service enables Users to purchase clothing, footwear, accessories, gift certificates, as well as request fittings and delivery.
  5. User Data
    1. To use the service on the Website, the User must place an order.
    2. When placing an order, the User undertakes to provide accurate and complete information about themselves as requested in the order form. If the User provides incorrect information or To Be Blossom has reason to believe that the provided information is incomplete or inaccurate, To Be Blossom reserves the right to refuse the User access to the Website (or certain functions thereof) at its discretion.
    3. To Be Blossom reserves the right to request confirmation of the data provided during order placement and supporting documents (in particular, identity documents). Failure to provide such documents may be deemed by To Be Blossom as providing inaccurate information, leading to the consequences outlined in clause 5.2 of this Agreement. If the User's data in the provided documents do not match the order details, or if the order details do not allow user identification, To Be Blossom may refuse the User access to the Website services.
    4. The User must immediately notify To Be Blossom of any unauthorised access to the Website services using the User's data.
    5. The User must use the Website services in compliance with the following conditions:
      1. The User may not reproduce, copy, sell, resell, or use any parts of the Website services (including content accessible via the services) or access thereto for commercial purposes, unless expressly permitted by To Be Blossom.

      1. When placing an order on the Website, the User consents to receiving informational emails from To Be Blossom. The User may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the special link in the email from To Be Blossom.
    2. To Be Blossom uses cookies to provide its services and transmit information. Users can disable cookies via browser settings, though To Be Blossom notes that this may limit access to certain Website functions.
    3. To Be Blossom uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"), to improve and optimise the Website's online presence.   7. Intellectual Property Rights
    1. Intellectual property rights to the Website (its elements) belong exclusively to To Be Blossom or are licensed to To Be Blossom. Nothing from the Website may be duplicated or disclosed without To Be Blossom's prior written consent, except as provided by law.

    1. Links to third-party websites and sources (hyperlinks) are provided solely for User convenience and do not imply endorsement by To Be Blossom. To Be Blossom does not guarantee availability of such websites.   9. Terms of Use and Liability
    1. When using the Website, the User may not:
      1. violate third-party rights, including those of minors, or cause them harm in any form;
      2. impersonate another person or organisation representative without proper authority, including To Be Blossom employees, forum moderators, or Website owner, or otherwise mislead To Be Blossom about the nature of any entities or objects;
      3. disrupt the normal operation of the Website;
      4. assist in actions violating the Agreement's restrictions and prohibitions;
      5. otherwise violate applicable laws, including international law.
    2. Any use of Website information is at the User's own risk. To Be Blossom is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from Website information use or inability to consult via the Website (or parts thereof).
    3. To Be Blossom is not liable for damages related to electronic communication with the Website, including failures or delays in email delivery, interception or processing by third parties, or virus transmission via communication software/equipment. The User agrees to indemnify To Be Blossom for any losses from third-party claims related to breach of these terms or Website use.
    4. To Be Blossom's liability is limited to 3,000 (three thousand) Russian roubles in all circumstances and applies only if fault is established.

  11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
    1. Complaints must be submitted in writing to To Be Blossom's address via reliable delivery. Disputes regarding interpretation or jurisdiction are subject to the courts of the Russian Federation. This Agreement is governed by Russian Federation law. In case of discrepancies in interpretation, the current version of this User Agreement prevails.
  12. Final Provisions
    1. By using the Website, the User agrees to these terms of use and the privacy policy without limitations.
    2. To Be Blossom is not responsible for errors in data entry or transmission by the User, or for unpredictable system failures, external attacks, or other events beyond its control.
    3. Invalidity of any individual provision does not affect the validity of others or the Agreement as a whole.
    4. To Be Blossom reserves the right to amend this Agreement at its discretion without special notice. The new version takes effect upon publication on the Website.
